Right after payment is made myself or a team member will message you via whatsapp or alternative contact methods to update you throughout the whole process.

Delivery can take 7-14 days, on some occasions it might take longer due to holidays or postal delays which is out of our control but will be notified beforehand.

(QC) Quality Control

After ordering we will send quality check pictures to you, normally 1-3 days. This will let you see exactly what you will be receiving. Once you have confirmed qc the shoes will prepare for dispatch.

Unfortunately we do not offer returns due to shoes being dispatched internationally, we do however offer the option to exchange or refund shoes if you dont like qc pictures.

no adjustments can be made after printing shipping label.

YES! you can message our whatsapp or instagram to see if the sneaker you'd like is available.

The sneakers are packaged in 2 boxes and bubblewrap to make sure it doesn't get damaged, most of the time there will be no damage but sometimes the box inside can have a few dents. (We try our best)

If shoes are lost during shipping then we will dispatch a new pair for free but only once.

We will cover cost for this as a way of saying sorry.
